The ACR Group comprises several legal entities. During the spring of 2026, the ACR Group carried out a reorganization with the establishment of a holding company as a new parent company. Through this process, the previous parent company ACR Aviation Capacity Resources AB has become a subsidiary of ACR Aviation Capacity Resources Holding AB and the company's shareholders have received new shares in ACR Aviation Capacity Resources Holding AB. The first annual general meeting of ACR Aviation Capacity Resources Holding AB will be held in the spring of 2027.
The ACR share was previously traded on Pepins. On the 13th of February 2025 Pepins published the news that the review for their new ownership has been suspended and Pepins will therefore no longer provide their services and trading platform to it’s listed companies.
ACR Aviation Capacity Resources Holding AB is an Euroclear-affiliated company and shareholders have access to their shares through the share depositary at their private bank.
