ACR International is driven by a team of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds in aviation including air navigations services, project management, and oversight authority consultancy.

  • Arne is the Chairman of the Board of ACR International AB, guiding the company’s long-term strategic direction and corporate governance.  Arne has been instrumental in shaping regulatory frameworks and stakeholder collaboration across the industry. He brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and board-level expertise.

  • Marek serves as the Chief Executive Officer at ACR International AB. He drives the company’s expansion and growth by providing thought leadership and empowering high-performing local teams. Marek has held executive roles within ATM across Europe and the Middle East. His leadership is marked by innovation, a focus on operational excellence, and a commitment to sustainable development in the aviation industry.

  • Mr. Mohtasim Hussain, Senior Vice President of ACR International, is the driving force behind ACR International's business development and project management. With his operational background as a former DH6 & DH7 pilot, having worked as Air Traffic Controller and Instructor, Mohtasim has a unique understanding of customer needs and requirements. His analytic and pragmatic way of solving problems has made Mohtasim an integral part of ACR International since 2005. His extensive experience in project management and deep understanding of aviation make him a guiding force in successfully managing complex projects on behalf of ACR International.

  • Philip Marques is the Director of Air Traffic Management at ACR International AB, where he leads the design and implementation of cutting-edge ATM solutions. With over 25 years of experience in ATC management, system integration and regulatory compliance, he has developed a strong technical foundation that enables him to drive innovation. Philip has worked extensively on complex projects, including CNS/ATM modernization, UTM, advanced wake turbulence separations, and digital tower technologies, contributing to the advancement of air traffic management globally. His expertise in aligning technological advancements with operational needs ensures the seamless integration of next-generation ATM systems and procedures.

  • Elie Mansour serves as the Director of Operations and Projects at ACR International AB, where he oversees the successful management and delivery of complex aviation projects from inception to completion. With a robust background in project management and operational leadership, Elie excels in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensuring seamless, cross-functional project execution. His diverse experience spans across aviation, security, consumer products, retail, and smart infrastructure systems, allowing him to bring a well-rounded, strategic approach to every project he leads.

  • Kamel is the Director of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) Systems at ACR International AB, where he leads the design, integration, and delivery of advanced CNS solutions for complex airport and air traffic infrastructure projects. With over 27 years of experience in the aviation industry, he brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to the implementation of scalable and  resilient  CNS systems.

    Kamel’s technical leadership has been instrumental in the successful delivery of CNS projects at international airports, ensuring full compliance with international standards and alignment with operational requirements.
