Marek serves as a board member of ACR International AB. He drives the company’s expansion and growth by providing thought leadership and empowering high-performing local teams. Marek has held executive roles within ATM across Europe and the Middle East. His leadership is marked by innovation, a focus on operational excellence, and a commitment to sustainable development in the aviation industry.

Mr. Mohtasim Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of ACR International AB, is the strategic driving force behind the company’s global business development and project execution. He leads ACR International’s expansion with a clear vision, strong analytical insight, and a leadership style that empowers high-performing local teams across diverse markets. His approach combines innovation, operational excellence, and a steadfast commitment to sustainable development within the aviation sector.

With an operational foundation as a former DH6 & DH7 pilot, and professional experience as an Air Traffic Controller and Instructor, Mr. Hussain brings a rare and valuable 360-degree understanding of aviation operations and customer requirements. His pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset has made him an instrumental part of ACR International since 2005.

Over two decades, he has spearheaded numerous complex aviation projects, ensuring seamless delivery through meticulous planning, stakeholder engagement, and a deep technical understanding of the industry. Today, Mr. Hussain continues to guide ACR International with unwavering dedication, shaping its growth, strengthening its global footprint, and driving excellence across all aspects of its operations.

Philip Marques is the Director of Air Traffic Management at ACR International AB, where he leads the design and implementation of cutting-edge ATM solutions. With over 25 years of experience in ATC management, system integration and regulatory compliance, he has developed a strong technical foundation that enables him to drive innovation. Philip has worked extensively on complex projects, including CNS/ATM modernization, UTM, advanced wake turbulence separations, and digital tower technologies, contributing to the advancement of air traffic management globally. His expertise in aligning technological advancements with operational needs ensures the seamless integration of next-generation ATM systems and procedures.

Elie Mansour serves as the Director of Operations and Projects at ACR International AB, where he oversees the successful management and delivery of complex aviation projects from inception to completion. With a robust background in project management and operational leadership, Elie excels in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensuring seamless, cross-functional project execution. His diverse experience spans across aviation, security, consumer products, retail, and smart infrastructure systems, allowing him to bring a well-rounded, strategic approach to every project he leads.

Kamel is the Director of Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) systems at ACR International AB, responsible for leading the design and integration of CNS systems. He has over 25 years of experience in CNS systems. Kamel’s technical leadership has been key in delivering scalable and resilient systems for international airport projects.

Gabor is an ATM & UTM Expert at ACR International, leading the specification, procurement, development, and implementation of Unmanned Traffic Management systems across international projects. With over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, he has strong expertise in UTM solutions, ATC simulations, and complex project management, building on his early foundation as a Student Air Traffic Controller. 

Gabor has been active in the drone industry for nearly five years, including his previous role as a UTM Expert at the Hungarian ANSP. He is an EASA- and FAA-certified drone pilot with multiple endorsements. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in UAS Management and Data Analysis. His contributions have been recognized with the Hungarian Civil Aviation Junior Award.

Emad Swedan serves as Business Development & Project Management for ACR International, a certified Project Management professional with 19 years of experience in the aviation sector. He brings a structured and results-driven approach to managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards. His expertise includes stakeholder coordination, governance frameworks, and driving successful project outcomes
