ACR Holding AB elects new Board of Directors, Sebastian Ehrnrooth as Chairman

Stockholm August 19 2026 – At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 13, 2026, shareholders of ACR Holding AB, the ultimate holding company of the ACR Group, elected the following Board of Directors for the coming term:

  • Lars Wahlström

  • Mats Helgesson

  • Peter de Jounge

  • Sebastian Ehrnrooth, Chairman

The newly elected Board combines extensive experience in aviation, corporate governance, strategic development, and international business.

Commenting on the election, Sebastian Ehrnooth said: "We are honoured by the trust and confidence expressed by the general meeting of the shareholders. 

We look forward to working closely together with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
in executing our strategy, creating long-term value by enhancing the competitiveness of the regional airport business." The Board's mandate extends until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
