Wilhelm Wohlfahrt is stepping down as CEO

Wilhelm Wohlfahrt is stepping down as CEO and will leave his position at ACR for personal reasons.

Linda Levander, who has held the role of Acting CEO since autumn 2025, will therefore continue in her position until further notice.

The Board of Directors will initiate the process of recruiting a CEO/Group CEO for the newly established holding company, which will become the parent company of the ACR Group following the reorganization.
