Marek Bekier

Marek Bekier

Marek is responsible for ACR business outside Sweden and reports directly to CEO and board of directors. Marek holds a MSc and a PhD from UNSW (Sydney) and has been working within ATM since 1993 for the Swiss ANSP Skyguide Ltd. He held different operational and managerial roles and was amongst others responsible for the Operations for Zurich TWR/APP and ATM Director for Zurich operation until 2010. He moved to Scandinavia, where he opened and managed the Integra Consult office in Oslo and established and ran the Integra Aviation Academy Norway.

Björn Eriksson

Björn Eriksson

Björn is an economy graduate from Stockholm University but he also has a military career as an officer of the reserve in the Engineering Corps. Björn has held senior positions at companies such as ASG (DHL), Bilprovningen (the Swedish motor-vehicle inspection), UVA International and Swebus Express, but in particular at Sweden's largest charter airline TUIfly Nordic, where he served as Director of Flight Operations.

Henrik Bergdahl

Henrik Bergdahl

Henrik has been working as an air traffic controller in both civil and military roles in LFV, but he also has a background as a reserve officer in the Air Force. In his career at LFV, Henrik worked with operational issues in various leading positions, i.a. as ultimately responsible manager at the air traffic control center in Malmö. Before ACR, Henrik's worked at Saab Digital Air Traffic Solutions, which manages remote air traffic control - Remote Towers, where he worked as a Safety & Security Manager with, among other things, authority/management system issues, international clients regarding change management, Human Factors/Performance, and operational efficiency.

Peder Andersson

Peder Andersson

Peder has a long background in Air Navigation Services as Functional Area Manager for Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) with a focus on flight safety, quality and communication with the Swedish Transport Agency in cases of change in functional systems. In addition, Peder has extensive experience in governing regulations and standards for Air Navigation Services with responsibility for management systems and advice in flight safety issues.

Peder joined ACR as Safety Manager in March 2020. Since February 1, 2022, Peder has been ACR’s Technical Manager (CTO). He has previously worked at Saab (1988-2011), Swedavia (2011-2020) and the Swedish Transport Agency (2018)

Göran Skirby

Göran graduated as an engineer and has over 15 years of experience as an ATCO and various positions within air traffic control. Before joining ACR Göran worked for Transportstyrelsen, the Swedish Regulator as an ANS inspector.

Simone Tuft

Simone Tuft

Simone has extensive experience in air traffic services, flight safety and management systems as well as various regulation frameworks. She has held both administrative and senior positions in the aviation safety area at Avinor AS in Norway, the Swedish Civil Aviation Authority and the Swedish Transport Agency, as well as NUAC HB. Simone has university degrees in statistical analysis, risk analysis and quality management.

Claes Olmarker

Claes is a trained pilot and has worked in various positions in SAS. During the corporatization of Swedavia, Claes worked as Safety Manager and then transferred to LFV with development of air traffic control in the EU project SESAR. For a few years, Claes worked as Quality Manager in NUAC. Recently, Claes has focused on Compliance and worked in the Swedavia group with EU139, head of the regulations office at LFV and quality manager for the air force.

Björn Andersson

Björn Andersson

Björn has worked in the aviation industry since 1993; initially as an AFIS officer and ATC assistant, later as ATCO. For many years Björn combined the ATS duties with that of the airport safety coordinator and IT expert. He started for ACR in 2014 in Skellefteå where he is the CO ATS since 1 April 2015. Deputy COO ACR since spring 2018.

Carl Hansson

Carl Hansson

Carl has a background as ATCO and holds a degree in engineering. Previously Carl worked for LFV as a regulation specialist and he has also been working for Lufthansa Systems. Apart from the duties as Safety Manager, Carl also works with quality audits and incident investigations.

Mattias Welander

Mattias Welander

Mattias is an experienced air traffic controller with 15 years of operational work for both LFV and ACR, including authorization for competency assessment/examinations and deputy manager at Gothenburg-Säve tower. Mattias has a lifelong passion for technology and is an experienced software developer with a range of products and services under his responsibility. Mattias' latest initiative together with ACR is the Dronerequest platform with apps and services for the growing drone industry, and an administrative support system for the operational business (ATCtools by ACR).

Staffan Holst

Staffan Holst

Staffan has previously worked for LFV and as a training specialist at Entry Point North AB and Entry Point North Belgium, where he has worked as a teacher, subject expert, instructor, course supervisor, assessor, course developer for ATCO initial training, refresher training and recruitment of controllers.

Staffan has a high interest in pedagogics and leadership, and he has held a position as a team leader training and interim head of training. Staffan owns a teaching degree and possesses a crew resource management instructor qualification along with a B737 type rating. Staffan has worked abroad in countries like for example Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Croatia and Kosovo.
