ACR Holding AB today announces the appointment of Björn Eriksson as Chief Executive Officer and Group CEO.

Björn most recently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ACR Aviation Capacity Resources AB, ACR’s Swedish operating company. He has held the position since 2018 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Swebus Express. Björn also has extensive experience in the travel industry, having held various senior management positions within TUI Group.

Shareholders of ACR Holding AB, the ultimate holding company of the ACR Group, elected a new Board of Directors at an Extraordinary General Meeting on August 13, 2026. The Board brings extensive experience in aviation, corporate governance, and international business.
